Criteria to apply for the EP:
Companies should have a candidate ready either from Singapore or outside Singapore and should be eligible for the EP in Singapore. Then we will post job ads in the portal for a couple of weeks. Then we will get the required documents from the candidate and apply for the EP.
EP Charges:
The charges for the EP will be discussed and finalized as per policies.
Companies for which we are working have to pay the EP fees (Actual Cost) from the MoM for each candidate separately and this is a one-time fee.
Contract Staffing Process:
Say for eg if the Client requires a full stack resource we will source and provide options for the client to Interview from an onsite or offshore center from India. Once the client finalizes we will take the next steps to apply EP if it’s for onsite or if the client is okay with the resource working from our offshore center. We sign a contract for the same and the resource will support client projects.
The fee for contract staffing for onsite is 20% of the candidate’s total cost (Salary+ medical + tax) and one-time EP cost.
